Getting seedy.....

I need to share...... Lindt Excellence dark chocolate with roasted sesame seeds......

obviously not the actual bar, that would be madness .... or impossible.... because it is just so delicious. And good for you. Forget a touch of sea salt....so last year..... it's all about the seeds now. Sesame seeds are a good source of  B complex vitamins as well as calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc and well, we all know how good dark chocolate is for us. This is just an antioxidant waiting to happen.

Top tip: substitute pudding with a few squares of dark chocolate as a healthy dietary aid!!

  6. A word of warning - about substituting chocolate for real food, on the grounds that it is good for you. I did this a few years back, eliminating biscuits and crisps, then mashed potato and bread and eventually just about all carbs on the assumption that choc must be just as good. I ended up getting the worst dose of flu I have ever had. It was just too good to be true!

  9. I recently discovered Marks and Spencer's 'Rose and Violet' dark chocolate, which is divine. I was never a lover of dark chocolate but in recent years I'm finding a lot of milk chocolate just too sweet.
