The big four O used to hail the end of life as we knew it but with 40 being the new 30 where does that leave 50? Clearly, things don't become any clearer and without the option of a blue rinse and sensible shoes, we need to re-write the manual for the jam-making years.

Ah, I'm glad that you checked in...
ReplyDeletelearning to hold my tongue more these days. Times when I'd just jump in with "if I were you..." "have you thought of..." etc. when completely unbidden to do so. I'll offer advice, if asked, after careful consideration and normally now with a bunch of caveats...
